Cookie-notice does not show up

It may be caused by one of the following:

  1. The code of the country you are browsing from is not listed in the countries where cookie notice should show up
  2. You are using a VPN that redirects your traffic through servers in a different country
  3. The cache of your site and your CDN is not cleared (if you are using a caching solution)
  4. Your caching plugin/solution is minifying Javascript files or changing their load order
  5. If you are logged in make sure that you are not using a user role that is excluded from tracking
  6. If you are not logged in make sure that there is no icon of a crossed out eye in the bottom left corner of the screen. If it is, than it indicates that you enabled traffic exclusion via a URL parameter “?tracking=off”. Click the icon to allow tracking and showing cookie notice.

Function X doesn’t work

It may be caused by one of the following:

  1. You did not clear the cache of your site or CDN after saving last changes (if you are using a caching solution),
  2. Your caching plugin/solution is minifying Javascript files or changing their load order.

If doing the above doesn’t help, please enable debug mode (option in the main settings) and contact us.
